Requirement Gathering
We collect details from the client in order to assure quality delivery. A detailed requirement document is created to keep the development in synch.
Share Quotation
Once the requirement is confirmed, we share our offers and quotation with the client through E-mail. We also share a hard copy to maintain transparency.
Negotiation
A discussion is done in order to negotiate the pricing etc. When both the parties are mutually ready, we revise the order accordingly and proceed.
Getting Purchase Order
After the price negotiation, the order is accepted. We create a process chart and initiate the procurement of raw
material.
Material Analysis
The procured materials are physically & chemically analyzed. We assure the quality of raw material because it is the base of all the upcoming processes.
Manufacturing Planning
Manufacturing is planned, and we process machine allocation to the concerned unit. The designs and requirements are shared for further development
Final Inspection
The developed product is monitored and matched against the requirement. Further, deep testing is done in order to check the performance of the machine.
Packing & Delivery
After the final inspection, the machine is made ready for delivery. Based on the location of the user/client, the delivery and packing are
planned.
